A Balanced Stay

The location was perfect. It was right in front of an astonishing sea view. I really liked the staff friendliness. One housekeeping attendant left a book mark by crown plaza after the room makeup. It showed her attention to details.

I found out that our room door does not actually lock. You would hear the automatic lock after closing the door. It doesn't lock, so anyone with a push of the door will be inside the room. This is unacceptable. Standard rooms are very small, so they would not fit properly if you have a baby.

the location IS great for beach walks. easy access to metro points was helpful. the cleaning staff did a great job. special thanks to ahsen and yusuf for their cooperation.

standard rooms are very SMALL , and would not fit properly if you have a baby. even though i booked quite early and asked for a baby crib, i was told they did not have any. then, they managed to get me one, but you don't feel the sense of caring overall.

The hotel is next to a shopping mall. This was very convenient. the beach is also very close. i found many local shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk. the train station is a 5-minute walk. It connects to lively areas.
